What is IBA
International Basketball Academy (IBA) is a basketball development academy dedicated to building leaders of high character in a fun, competitive, and innovative way. IBA is BIGGER than basketball. We offer training and development programs to enhance character and leadership skills in players AND coaches on and off of the court.
Goal of IBA
Our goal is to develop athletes of high character equipped with leadership skills that will enable them to reach their highest potential on and off the basketball court.

IBA Training
We offer three types of year-around player development; one-on-one, small group, and group style training. Our approach to training is complete fundamental development. We focus on training athletes from the inside out by providing them with the necessary tools needed to add to their skills bag.
IBA After
IBA After is a basketball mentorship after-school program that is an extension of International Basketball Academy (IBA). IBA After is a basketball development academy that offers programs to enhance character and leadership skills in players on and off of the basketball court.
IBA Camps & Clinics
Summer camps and clinics for players and coaches are a major tool we use to train leaders. Clinics and camps that are centered around specific positions such as point guard camps, big man camps, and coaches camps are
IBA Teams
We offer middle school and high school travel basketball teams. Our team's philosophy is fundamentals first. Winning is secondary to teaching players how to play the right way.
IBA Consulting
IBA offers consulting for brands and coaches. If you're a coach/player looking to take your personal brand or basketball program to another level let us help you. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
We will deal with issues amongst each other in a respectful manner at all times. Players as well as coaches will try to work out their problems with one another first before talking to someone else. If they are unable to do so, then they will go to a coach for intervention needs. Going outside the basketball family before making an effort to work it out first is strongly discouraged.
LOVE / PASSION / PURPOSE
